EXHIBITOR CONTRACT
Exhibit space is assigned by Show Publishing. Requests are honored on a first-in basis. Booth spaces include an 8’ or 6’ table with linen and skirt, 2 chairs and an 8 1/2 by 11’ sign. Absolutely no affixing tape or signs to walls doors or windows. Vendors must bring free-standing support for signs. The space will be 7’ x 7’ as this is a table top show and vendors must keep all property within that space. No booth sharing and booths must be manned at all times. Booths must not be torn down prior to 4 pm. Food or beverage requires prior approval and is limited to desserts. Fee is non-refundable and contract is binding. The list of attendees is for the exclusive use of the show and its exhibitors and may not be shared.
